Design in Motion

Nissan asked us to show off the smooth acceleration of the new Nissan Ariya. Our idea was to use the car as an animation tool to tell a story by combining traditional Zoetrope techniques with modern technology. Shot all in camera in a single evening in Madrid, we combined the precision speed control of the Ariya with a flash gun and 450 meters of beautifully painted canvas animation frames to create a one of a kind animated story.
